KBSPictures.com-About Me

From ever since I can remember I have been interested in expressing myself through forms of art, whether it be with a pencil and paper, music, photography, or the computer. At about the age of seven I realized my little ability to successfuly achieve the form of pencil and paper, and transformed my basis to music. Then, at about nine, I realized again, though my ability in the field of music was not nearly as unsuccesful, that it just wasn't what I planned to do. Then I began, with a little toy camera, to experiment with photography, by this time I had become a computer geek. Ever since then both photography and computers have come second nature to me. I have continued with my electrical and computer interestes, but began to fade away from photography at about eleven. Around my freshman year of high school, I began to realized what I could, what I wanted to do with a camera, what I have done before. I choose to expand on my collection of cameras (the old SLR's that I had either inherited, bought off of ebay, or used in a photo store), and decided on a Digital SLR, which indeed emptied my bank account. It was great timing for the purchase of the camera, as the Fall rowing season was about to begin. The trips across the MidWes to regattas gave me great opportunites to reunite myself with the world of photography. I, once again, fell in love. I incorporated the photography with my rowing team, and the website which I created them. I continued the photography over the summer, working in Pioneer, OH at Pioneer Scout Reservation. I continue shooting at regattas across the midwest, and make a point to go around the area of Northwest Ohio, and use my eye, to find what I wish to use my camera to capture, and to express.
